Finance for the shed, the truck or the feed mill
Farm CFO works out whether a purchase fits the cashflow. Arranging the loan is a separate job, done by Levelhead Business Advisors, which is run by the same company, Levelhead Capital Pty Ltd.
When you're looking at new gear, we can model it in your budget first: what the repayments do to the monthly cashflow, whether a seasonal repayment schedule helps, and how it looks against buying outright or leasing. That work is part of the retainer or quoted as a small project.
If you then want finance for equipment or vehicles, Levelhead Business Advisors can compare lenders and arrange it. It is paid by a commission from the lender, and you'll see that commission in writing before you decide anything. You don't have to use it. The numbers we prepare are yours to take to any bank or broker.
Levelhead Business Advisors also handles other business lending, such as land, refinancing or working capital. Again, you're under no obligation, and any commission is disclosed before you go ahead.
Levelhead Business Advisors doesn't offer livestock finance. For stock purchases we can point you to stock agents and lenders that do, such as Elders Finance. We receive no referral fee for that.
Farm CFO's own services don't include credit assistance. Finance is arranged through The Lending Lab Pty Ltd (ACN 651 936 337), Credit Representative 538291. Nicholas Clunes is Credit Representative 530711. Both are authorised under Australian Credit Licence 387856. Finance is subject to lender criteria.
