Who we are
This policy covers personal information handled by Levelhead Capital Pty Ltd (ABN 15 703 134 918) trading as Farm CFO Australia and Clunes Rural. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Your name and contact details when you get in touch, and the financial and farm information you give us for the work you ask for. That can include financial statements, loan details, Xero access, stock numbers and production records. If the work involves other people, such as business partners or guarantors, please let them know you're sharing their details with us.
How we use it
Only to do the work you've engaged us for, to contact you about it, and to keep the records the law requires. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask.
Who we share it with
Only the people you tell us to, such as your bank, broker or accountant, and service providers we rely on to run the business, such as website hosting (Vercel), email and secure document storage, who must keep it confidential. Some of these providers may store information overseas, including in the United States. If you ask Levelhead Business Advisors to arrange finance, we share only what you agree to, and The Lending Lab Pty Ltd and its licensee handle it under their own privacy policies.
Storage, security and retention
Files are kept in secure cloud storage with access controls. Xero access is read-only where possible and you can remove it at any time. We keep information only as long as we need it or the law requires, then securely destroy or de-identify it. Please don't email tax file numbers or passwords.
